*2016 Honda Ridgeline Update* Old VS New Honda Ridgeline Comparison

New Ridgeline in Camo being tested in front of the outgoing Honda Ridgeline.

I am getting alot of questions about when the next Ridgeline is due, from what I understand it will be here sometime next summer 2016, as a 2017 model.

Here's what I have heard;
-Bed to be 1ft longer (4.5' right now, gate up, 5.5' gate down).
-3.5L V6 with Cylinder Deactivation
-6 or 9 Speed Automatic Transmission, no CVT
-Tow Capacity up around 2,000pnds (5,000pnds now)
-In Bed Storage/Trunk stays
-60/40 Fold up rear seats stays
-Dual Action Tailgate stays
-Expect the front end to be very similar to the 2016 Honda Pilot, but more 'rugged'
-Much Better Fuel Economy
