What would you like to see in the Next Honda S2000?

Below are 20 various renditions of what some have thought should be the design direction that the S2000 should go over the last few years....

With all of the Rumours that the S2000 may make a comeback, I thought I'd add section dedicated to the car.

First off, I have posted 20 pictures and numbered them, what I'd like to know (I am sure Honda would be curious too), is out of the above cars, which direction would you like to see Honda go with the next S2000, by posting the number(s) in the comments section along with what you'd like to see features wise.

Post your ideas in the comments section, and let's see what comes up, who knows, maybe Honda's listening....

I'll start it off....

I really like the direction of #6 followed up with #16
-NO hybrid!
-Rear Wheel Drive
-In the spirit of the previous model, I want a 'crotch rocket' on 4 wheels, a nice high performance 4cyl 2.0+ Litre that puts up 300+hp.
-6 speed manual is a must, dare I say 8 Speed?.
-SH-AWD
-dual exhaust
-18" alloys with HP rubber

Good day Mr. Burns, well..what ever it turns out to look like Honda must be mistaken if it will be charging $59k. Seriously...$59k? How many takers did Honda get for the $40k run Type-R Mugen sold in Europe? Limited edition sure maybe 2,000 cars as it is named, but if they plan to keep it for more then 1 model cycle then I think the price point should be within reach of the average enthusiast about $25k to $35K. At $59k it better blow the doors off top tier Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers, and the StingRay not just performance wise but technological as well. If it did...what's the point of getting an NSX? Otherwise it's just another CR-Z waiting to happen. All show, no go.

Good point, as any new model that comes out, they have to make sure that the target market meets the income requirements. I do not think that this car will be anything but a niche vehicle, like the previous S2000 was, it's not meant to be a big volume seller, but it does bring people to the brand and even if people don't buy it, they may buy another Honda. It will be a very different car than a Camaro, Challenger, or Mustang (NSX will be better equipped to compete with the Stingray) and I don't think that it will be competing for the same dollar. Nissan Z car, Mazda Miata, BMW Z4 Roadster, is more the segment that I think this car fits against.

Thanks for the comment!
