Honda City Facelift Launced with "Corporate Edition Variant

Ladies and gentlemen, Honda continues its pricing onslaught in the Indian car market, with the latest version of Honda’s flagship sedan, the facelifted City sedan, being launched at a killer price tag of INR 6.99 Lakhs. This pricing though is for the no-frills corporate edition of the popular petrol engine powered sedan. This new low cost variant apart, cruise control is a major feature that has been added to the facelifted Honda City.

From the start Honda City is just a budget car - it should be priced at 5- 6 Lacs and compete with Indigo otherwise it will disappear without any trace. The premium pricing strategy is reducing its credibility to extent of having more illiterate buyers.

Internationally Honda sells more to students.
