It looks like something new is being implemented in Europe. It is calle 'Honda Happiness Fixed Price Repairs'. It appears that when you purchase your new Honda you can buy a service plan which essentially allows you to pre-pay for the first 5 years of your servicing at a discounted price. I would imagine that this would also allow people to finance this plan with their vehicle as well. Pretty cool concept, I hope it makes it's way over here.Here's the link with more info;
