In a previous post, I charted the changes to the 2010 Honda Accords, and I noted that Honda would be introducing the Bluetooth feature into the EX-L (non-Navi) car. Apparently that is going to be exclusive to the US market. If you need Bluetooth, an aftermarket option could be something to look at;

or, up the ante to get the Accord Navi which includes the Bluetooth.
