Toyota has released the first teaser images of the RAV4 EV, ahead of its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show.Details are limited, but the vehicle was jointly developed with Tesla as part of their $50 million dollar agreement to collaborate on electric vehicle technology. In the past, Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, stated the RAV4 will have "...range and acceleration exceeding that of other announced electric vehicles of this class."
The electric SUV is slated for a 2012 launch and full details will be released on November 17th.

If I'm not wrong this Rav4 is coming from 1997. May be the modern one is more pure and technically strong.
I'm really interested to buy a Rav4 of Toyota soon.
